DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
I am a designer, photographer and videographer.
My design philosophy revolves around the belief that good design can positively impact the human condition.
I am interested in the power of video and graphic work to influence positive change in the world, to broaden horizons of viewers beyond their normally structured world.
I am interested in exploring ways to allow people to find what is unique about the ordinary. In my work, I have explored the idea of making the regular and the mundane into something interesting.
I am heavily influenced by my understanding and experience of the city of Chicago.  Now I want to go out and explore the world and continue to be influenced by my surroundings.
I look forward to developing more complex graphic, photo and video skills, expanding my knowledge and understanding of people, and desiring to make each project better than the last.

PHOTOGRAPHY
My true passion is photography. Photography can have many purposes: to express meaning or a story; to inspire action or thought; to capture an idea; and to engage the viewer, to name a few. The world is my canvas; I truly believe a picture can tell a story. My work incorporates imagery, sometimes obviously but other times with a deeper meaning that tells a larger story, that emphasizes the purpose of the piece.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Design is taking all the simple tools and visual aesthetics and creating something extraordinary. Creative technology has evolved over the generations, transforming into our digital software today. My design work emphasizes my technical skills (fluency in using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and creativity to convey authenticity in an idea to showcase its true meaning and purpose.
